Clue Card privacy policy

Effective October 25, 2026

This policy explains how Sparky Bytes handles information in Clue Card and on its support website.

Information in the app

Clue Card stores your custom schemes, card marks, notes, and display settings on your device. The app does not transmit that content to Sparky Bytes. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or a third-party crash-reporting service.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Clue Card uses Apple’s StoreKit system to verify purchase status, provide the unlock, and restore purchases. Sparky Bytes does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles purchase-related information under its own policies, including the Apple Privacy Policy.

Support emails

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, troubleshoot issues, and maintain support correspondence. We do not use support correspondence for advertising or sell it. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed for support and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing us, subject to those obligations.

This website

This support website does not use advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider, Namecheap, may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and server logs to deliver, secure, and maintain the website. Email and hosting providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Your choices

You can edit or delete saved schemes and card information within the app. Removing the app removes its local storage, subject to any device backups or Apple services you use. Apple manages purchase records; deleting local app data does not delete Apple’s transaction records.

Children

The app does not request personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information through support email.
